I was skeptical the first couple of times I used these, because I had some pain on insertion and I didn't notice much of a difference in my pain levels (although to be fair, those were very low pain days). Since then, I've saved these for when I'm actively having an endo flare-up, especially in the days leading up to and during my period, and oh my goodness, these are a GODSEND. During my last period, I paired these with menthol pain relief cream from Walgreens, a heating pad, Midol, and Ibuprofen, and I was not in agony for the first time during my period in 6 years! This is incredible. I was still in pain, of course, but it was worlds better than it usually is. I was able to leave the house during what is usually one of the worst days of my period! I can't stress enough, these are absolutely worth trying if you have endometriosis, painful periods, or just pelvic pain in general. The price is worth it, and I will be continuing to repurchase them. Thank you!!!!

I recently got diagnosed with stage 4 endometriosis and I discovered these on instagram. I immediately ordered the four pack! Needless to say they are a godsend on high pain days and on my period. Will be purchasing more in the future!

I couldn’t recommend these more, as someone with a hypertonic pelvic floor, endometriosis, IC and plenty others I’m in pelvic pain all the time. These are the reason I can go to sleep at night!! I feel so relaxed and pain free after using:)

After using these (specifically in the evenings) the tightness and spasm from my pelvic floor muscles are gone, I feel I can finally relax and am pain free and able to rest. I couldn’t recommend these more!!
